This Week in Cougar Territory - 2/4/2024

Esteemed Parents/Guardians/Teachers/Students,

Welcome to Quarter 3: Week 4.  There was a great deal of excitement over the weekend with our Cougar athletics (basketball/cheer) at home and the Junior Class sponsored winter dance.  Our wrestlers were away in Naples grappling for a spot in the European Tournament next weekend.  With only a week to go until the midpoint of the quarter it would be an opportune time to log into our online grade program (ASPEN).  If you are having difficulty logging in, our Educational Technologist, Mr. Morris, is available to assist (michael.morris@dodea.edu).  This month the upcoming accreditation visit from Cognia with be a major focal point for our faculty.  The visit will include randomized student interviews and visits to every classroom.  The accreditation team will host a meeting open to all parents in the complex on February 28^th at the high school.  Please see the attachment for details.  If, like me, you weren’t here at the beginning of the school year, there is a make-up date for school pictures this week on Tuesday.
