Esteemed Parents/Guardians/Teachers/Students,

Welcome to Quarter 2: Week 10.  This is the final week of the first semester, with exams being given in most classes.  Please see the attached schedule for details.  Friday, January 12th, is a Teacher Work Day.  This is a day for teachers to finalize grades.  There is no student attendance.

We had a School Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for this week.  That has been postponed until February 13th.   Attached you will find information on the Teacher of the Year program.  Submissions will begin to be accepted starting January 8th.  We have a staff that is well-represented with prior ToY laureates.  Please see the attachment if you would like to have one of our VHS educators considered for this honor in SY 2023/2024.  You can also find details attached for the PTSA book fair this week.

We look forward to the rescheduled winter concert on Tuesday.
